Every summer is a crazy summer, and I am endlessly distracted.  This summer we finally had some rain, a blessing on my garden, but I lost more tomatoes to birds than ever before- hey just pecked away at the harvest like no one's business.  The box turtles, as usual, took the low lieing fruit, but that's OK with me.

But they didn't get them all.
